Software for small daycare centers
Every child's day, written down.
Casita replaces the clipboard at the door, the diaper notebook and the payroll sheet. Sign-in at the door, meals, photos, notes and billing — one place, in English and Spanish.

Every screen, both languages. Each person picks their own.
Whoever drops off or collects identifies themselves on your tablet. The time comes from Casita's clock, not the tablet's.
Employees clock in at the door or with a badge. Hours total for payroll.
Provider, staff, employee, parent. Each sees only their part.
What it does
Everything a center writes down in a day, in one app.
No loose paper, no group chats, no separate spreadsheet for each thing.
Check-in and check-out
A tablet at the door. A grandmother or a neighbour identifies themselves with a PIN; your staff sign under their own account. Either way the record shows who signed and when — and the time comes from Casita's clock, not from the tablet in the room.
Staff time clock
Employees clock in by scanning the code at the door, or you scan their badge. You see the week's hours without adding anything up.
Diapers and meals
Logged in the moment, in a couple of taps. Families see it the same day, not on a slip at pickup.
Photos and daily notes
A moment from the day for the family, inside the app instead of a group chat.
Billing and statements
Set each child's rate and Casita builds the charge and a PDF statement.
Attendance and reports
Export attendance as CSV or pull the monthly report when someone asks for it.
Family accounts
You link each family to their child. They see that child's day, photos and balance — nothing else.
Truly bilingual
Not a half-finished translation. Every screen is in English and Spanish, and each user chooses.
For families
You send a link. That's the whole setup.
Every center gets its own link. A family opens it, adds it to their home screen, and their child's day is there — photos, meals, notes and balance, the same day.
- Works the same on iPhone, iPad and Android
- It stays up to date on its own
- Each family picks English or Spanish when they sign in
- They only ever see their own child
Getting started
Three steps, and you're running by the afternoon.
Create your center's account
You write to us, we give you an invite code, and you register your center. It starts with sample data so you can look around before entering anything real.
Add children, staff and rates
Each employee gets a QR badge, and there's a clock-in poster for the door. Print them and put them where they're needed.
Share your link with families
Upload your logo, copy the link and send it. You link each family to their child, and they start seeing the day.
Pricing
Tell us about your center and we'll quote you.
Casita is in early access and we're still working with our first centers. Price depends on how many children you serve, so we'd rather talk it through than post a number that doesn't fit you.
- Every feature, whatever your size
- One price for your center, by size — no charge per family
- We help you load your data
- Attendance, statements and monthly reports export any time
